the staff was amicable, they blew my mind. location: the hotel was so close to the casino. had lunch/dinner at five & diner restaurant, which i found a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

The location it offers is favourable, close enough to the Casino and the breakfast. Also, it's 2 miles away from Butterfly Wonderland Animal Park.

I have just spent 1 day in suite and enjoyed it. The location couldn't be more marvellous and unbeatable easy to get to places.

Our room at Staybridge Suites was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We were grateful for the special request of a first-floor, poolside room which was met. The front desk agent, Sierra, was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and friendly service.

The staff was very very helpful plus the location was great and absolutely perfect. Also, the hotel was 2 miles away from a huge aquarium. The room was reasonably spacious, had a sitting area, a work desk and a couch bed, I greatly enjoyed it.

We got a room with a bathtub. The location was marvellous, you can visit Octane Raceway by walking.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space for the entire family to spread out. The jacuzzi at the hotel pool was massive and the gas grills were very convenient. We also enjoyed the varied breakfast options and found the staff to be friendly and informative about local amenities.

The hotel location was convenient, with shopping nearby and route 101 nearby. The two-bedroom suite was spacious, with a full kitchen and two bathrooms, great for families. The breakfast was varied every day and offered hot entrees, fresh strawberries, and blueberries.

The customer service was lacking and the staff seemed annoyed with guests' requests. One guest experienced a delay in receiving towels for the pool, and another guest's steak went missing while using the grill. The front desk staff could have been more courteous and accommodating.

The spacious suite was ideal for families. The hot breakfast exceeded expectations, with fresh berries and hot entrees. The happy hour with beer and wine was an added bonus. Plus, the hotel’s location was easily accessible and close to shopping centers.

One guest reported that their suite had a strong smell of urine and that the staff was unresponsive to their pleas for a new room. Another guest had a poor experience with the front desk staff, who lacked basic customer service skills.
